Your technical team operates the platform and manages your applications and resources. Basic online support is included in the platform fee. Deployment on your behalf and ongoing managed operations are outside the currently defined scope.
Share your cloud provider, region and deployment environment so we can review compatibility and integration requirements. A fixed list of supported providers and regions has not yet been established.
Monthly or annual platform subscriptions are planned, with pricing to be agreed. If you use your own resources, you pay us only the platform fee. If we provide resources, their actual cloud provider cost is charged separately. Billing and refund terms are agreed before service begins.
